Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The product received is significantly different from what was described
• Technical issues prevent you from downloading the file

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at nuriisik87@gmail.com. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
